Pendleton Blanket

A Pendleton blanket given to Oregon State Librarian, Jim Scheppke, by Bobbie Connor and Malissa Minthorn Winks of the Tamastslikt Cultural Institute in 2009. The blanket was presented to Scheppke at the 2009 National Tribal Archive, Libraries, and Museums Conference. The conference was sponsored by the State Library of Oregon (Oregon State Library at the time) and the Tamastslikt Cultural Institute through a grant to the Western Council of State Libraries by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
